「Ud. como administradores de la plataforma no tienen retroalimentación con el dueño de lugar ni sabia que íbamos y según sus recomendaciones enviadas al correo no había necesidad de volverlos a contactar, ni siquiera me dejaron un numero donde contactarme con ellos, no se descargo el pago pero si me pidieron todos mis datos de la tarjeta hasta CVT, NO vuelvo a contratar con HOTELS, muy mala la articulación de la estadia.」

「This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :( On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel.」

「We had a wonderful time at Tutasua. The house is perfectly situated with a beautiful view. There is plenty of outside furniture to enjoy the sun, to have a barbecue, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was an easy drive to visit the Catedral de Sal, Colombia’s First Wonder. We also rented a kayak at the lake and had a great paddle along the lake shore. Melba, the caretaker, is a great cook and makes the stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!」
