“We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and it was superb. The views were amazing. It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. “Our stay here was excellent and we felt well taken care of throughout the stay. We were greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival, booked the standard double but received a large corner room with two balconies and a lovely view of the hills and Teide. Clean room and daily housekeeping. Great selection at the buffet breakfast. The hotel felt modern, clean and well placed away from the busyness of the coast strip, but still close enough to get out and explore Puerto. Pool was on the smaller side……
