「I had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence. The location was just perfect. The studio was clean and had everything that one could require. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there to attend a conference at the American University in Cairo (AUC). I later found out some of my peers from the conference were also staying at Prime Residence. 「The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.」

「The problem of the property is that there is not a good connection between the 2 sides of the road. It's very hard for european to cross the roads while no traffic light works to guarantee a safe passage on the other side of the road where the mall is located nearby.
