「Everything about this place was amazing. Wish there were more stars to give it than only 5. The pictures and description don’t do it justice. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Samana, this is your place. The host was amazing to deal with, very quick to reply and made sure you are taking care of. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Samana!」

「Overall complex property needs some work, but our unit was in good condition. Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent as was the support staff/cleaner.Unit was shy on towels (no dish cloth or drying cloth) and toilet paper (we bought our own) and there was a funky smell on and off in the unit. Pool area was nice , but shy on loungers which is not the responsibility of the unit owner, so get down early to hold a spot. Lots of restaurants in the area, shopping and...

「The apartment was very nice, but we only had air conditioning in one bedroom. The owner stated they were working; they never worked. We only stayed one night because the owner said that Expedia had made a mistake with the booking, and he moved us to a smaller, uncomfortable apartment with no air conditioner. The owner promised to refund us the next day, but he did not. Please do not go to this place; the owner is not responsible. He booked the apartment for someone else for more days and rushed...

「My wife and I booked this property well in advance and paid the entire balance upfront, expecting a smooth vacation. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare. We never received the check-in instructions, the access codes, or even the exact physical address of the property. In the days leading up to our arrival and throughout the day of our scheduled check-in, I desperately tried reaching out to the host multiple times via calls and messages. I was completely ignored. The host showed zero...
