Amazing place for spending time together and plenty space to find your own space.

House is magical. So many spaces to explore……from busy sporting corner, ping pong table, swimming pool to very quiet reading corners with beautiful views to sea. Place for all family to dine together and comfortable furniture to nap inside and out. Comfortable beds and sufficient air conditioning. Place has great character and easy vibe. Looking forward to stay again.

Eine tolle, große Villa

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Sommer vor Ort. Andre haben wir auch kurz kennengelernt und er ist sehr nett und entspannt. Die Agentur mit Sonia hat ebenfalls super gearbeitet. Das Haus ist großartig und man merkt, dass André das Haus auch selbst nutzt, denn die Einrichtung ist wirklich gemütlich. Es gibt viel Besteck und Geschirr und gute Gläser für den leckeren Rioja oder Cocktails. Zwei große Kühlschränke, eine eigene Garage und alle Terrassen haben Meerblick. In der Gegend wohnen nahezu ausschließlich Einheimische und deshalb gibt es leider auch Hunde die in der Nacht bellen. Dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts. Der kümmert sich gut um das Haus und man sieht, dass regelmäßig an der Instandhaltung gearbeitet wird.

Family holiday in Coma Ruga

The property was as described and an excellent venue for our holiday. The owner and agent resolved the couple of very minor issues very quickly and were flexible on the dates we required. Initially we had not gone for a hire car but picked one up the second day for convenience because the distance walking in very hot temperatures.

VILLA SPACIEUSE

Villa très spacieuse, bien équipée . Piscine très agréable petit bémol le contour mériterait un coup de neuf . Literie à revoir manque de confort. Par contre une écoute parfaite de la part du propriétaire qui est très réactif aux éventuels "soucis" Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille!

Maison bien orientée et pleines d'options

Maison parfaite pour 2 familles de 5 personnes pour 2 semaines (et +), la description était complètement en phase avec l'aménagement. Les nombreuses terrasses avec des orientations différentes nous permettent de vivre les différents moments de la journée selon les souhaits de chacun et de chaque tranche d'âge. La cour de sport est un véritable atout pour le tennis, le basket et tout autre jeu de ballon en sécurité. La plage et la ville à 10 min en voiture sont appréciables. Le propriétaire et l'agent sur place ont été très disponible et à l'écoute de nos besoins pour apporter des solutions. Il est à noter des aboiements des chiens voisins par moment dans la nuit mais on s'y habitue. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe villa égale aux photos et description. Vacances de 2 semaines des plus appréciées avec tout le confort proposé : chambres spacieuses (malgré une literie moyenne), plusieurs terrasses avec vue splendide, grand parking + un autre espace bitumé pour jouer au basket, une grande piscine très appréciée avec un propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactif. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison bien située pour visiter la région.

Maison bien adaptée pour 10 personnes

Villa très bien conçue avec vue panoramique (chacun a son espace entre chambres et terrasses indépendantes).Les enfants, avec leur dortoir sont très heureux. On ne manque de rien en produits de toutes sortes pour (cuisine, nettoyage, sport, insectes éventuels et autres). Maison sûre où plusieurs voitures sont à l'abri à l'intérieur.

Belle maison

Maison spacieuse et agréable bien équipée dans l'ensemble . Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. Dommage qu'autour de la piscine ça soit de la terre c'est désagréable et ça salit l'eau malgré nos efforts. Elle aurait été mieux avec du carrelage ou du bois autour. Piscine peu exposée au soleil. La cuisine est également un peu petite. Malgré quelques désagréments nous avons apprécié les 2 semaines d'autant que le propriétaire est à l'écoute et est réactif. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison bien située pour visiter la région.

magnifique Villa

Très content d'avoir pu bénéficier du confort de cette Villa. Elle est en plus bien située pour fournir une multitude de lieux à visiter. Le propriétaire est en plus disponible et très attentif au fait que les locataires passent un bon moment.

Excellent séjour

Très belle maison, spacieuse et agréable pour un séjour prolongé. Piscine et équipements participant de la qualité du séjour. Monsieur Vilanova est très à l'écoute de ses locataires et prend en compte immédiatement leurs demandes et remarques. Location vivement recommandée.
