Place has a space of 100 square meters, two floors, two terraces, three bedrooms and two bathrooms absolutely equipped. High speed Wi-Fi connexion is included. Perfect if you want to enjoy some free time to disconnect, work remotely or chill in the awesome Penedes.
The house is divided in two floors:
On the ground floor we have a fantastic terrace with chairs and beautiful flowers, living room totally equipped with a 42" TV, a totally equipped bathroom, a double room and a completely furnished kitchen.
On the top floor we have the main room of the house, a smaller room with a 110cm bed together with big bathroom and another spectacular terrace with beautiful flowers and chairs.
We are 100% transparent: The house has been recently painted and is fully furnished with new furniture. Guests will be staying in a completely new house.

Closest beach is 5 minutes away from the house - near the Hotel Le Meridien Ra. In front of the hotel you can find a beach club with sunbeds, umbrellas, drinks, outdoor music and beautiful restaurant. For the ones who love chill beach areas, there is a beach also 7 minutes away near a natural reserve, where you can find peace and avoid people.

On a walking distance of 5 minutes from the house you can find all the supermarkets, wholefoods and markets. Train station is 12 minutes away. Until Barcelona city centre you have 59 minutes.

For the ones who love sports, we have two tennis clubs near the house and swimming pool. Pitch & Putt is 10 minutes by car. You can also find beautiful hiking routes near the wineries and mediterranean paisages.

In the near town - Coma Ruga (2km) there are thermal springs.
Also, only a 30-minute drive to the Penedès region with its famous wineries Torres, Codorniu, Freishenet. Park PortAventura 50 km.

Barcelona is 35 minutes by car.
