「The buffet was excellent. All the staff at the restaurant where we had the buffet was absolutely friendly, courteous, provided excellent service and was there to serve us when we needed something. The chef at the morning breakfast buffet was very nice too and not forgetting the reception desk and the 2 ladies That arranged the transportation too.」

「The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious.
However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy.
Also serves meat at the hostel which I find...

「We just had a really great stay at the Fortune on Airport Road in Kochi!
Honestly, the place feels brand new – everything is modern, super clean, and just looks nice. It even smells good as soon as you walk in, which is a great first impression.
Our room was spotless. We really liked that they had all the little things we needed already in the room (like toiletries, tea/coffee), so we didn't have to call and ask. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful.
