"Overall it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly the hotel in general is good but it requires some maintenance to keep it up to a 5 stars hotel because currently I won't rate it as such. The hotel management needs to make some changes to make the experience 5 starts. Honestly the 4 stars hotels are offering more amenities and maintaining higher standards. This hotel has the full potential but needs better management. The staff are making the whole difference though as they are all super nice and very helpful. Again Overall it was a great experience!"

"This is the best location! It's such a gorgeous hotel, and the pool is perfect! It's about halfway between Cave Bar (IYKYK) and Old Town; walkable if you don't mind walking! The hotel breakfast is a gorgeous spread. The room was spacious enough, the balcony was small, and the AC wasn't great (but we Americans prefer it blasting!). Overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend!!!"

"We stayed at Hotel Sumratin for five nights and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, everything is finished to a very high standard. The rooms, public areas and facilities were all spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. The service was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel grounds and restaurants were beautifully maintained. The breakfast and dining options were of a high quality, and there are also plenty of great local restaurants right on the doorstep if you want to explore. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's ideal if you want easy access to Dubrovnik's Old Town without having to stay in the middle of the crowds. You can enjoy the beautiful coastline and a much more relaxed atmosphere, while still being only a short journey from all the main attractions. There's also a supermarket just a couple of minutes' walk away, which is really convenient. The only minor criticism is the rooftop pool. While it's a lovely space with great views, it's quite small for a hotel of this standard and can feel a little limited during busier times. That said, it's a very minor point in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We couldn't really fault the hotel, and if we return to Dubrovnik, we'd happily stay here again or somewhere very close by. Highly recommended."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with a rooftop swimming pool and great buffet breakfast. 15 minutes on the bus to Dubrovnik old town, 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Good value and friendly staff."
