"This place is amazing! We were greeted by Fransesco upon our arrival and he was the kindest and most inviting host I’ve ever had at a hotel. He brought drinks to us at the poolside along with homemade focaccia and olive oil made by his own family on this estate. Not only was it delicious, it was something I’ve never had another host do despite many years of travel. The other staff were equally kind and cheerful. "Our room had a big problem with the smell of sewage coming on the bathroom at the first night, making it very unpleasant to shower or even to sleep (bedroom right next to bathroom).
