「Positives: - Large clean room with nice view. - Very clean and upgraded building and amenities. - Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Need Improvement (but easy to fix): - Pool was a bit chilly. Please warm it up a bit. - No desk in room. Put in a small desk and office chair. - Pillows new and fluffy but not much substance. Get some good pillows. Overall: I would go there again.」

「This morning I checked out the older woman at the desk was very standoffish borderline snobby I stayed there before for 2 nights then needed an extra night neither the case I will not be staying there again next time I will book with someone else」

「We were not able to make the trip to Colorado due to a family emergency. Therefore, we did not stay at the hotel and we were unable to be reimbursed for the hotel. I have never not been able to cancel a hotel stay before which makes me dissatisfied.」

「My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well...
