“The host was very welcoming and interacted well. We missed comfortable seating, the bed creaked so loudly that to turn over would wake your spouse. There is need of roach intervention in the kitchen & bedroom. Also needs dish cloth and towel, oven mitts, a way to clean the grill.”

“Deanna is an outstanding host. She was lighting quick to respond to any inquiries both ahead of and during our stay, and the accommodations were excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better home base while in town to fish. She seems to vet her guests well too, our neighbors were awesome. Will certainly book again!”

“Cute little cabin in the middle of nowhere and had everything we needed to get away from the world. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area where we cooked on the grill and had a nice fire each night. I've never seen so many stars!!! Nice trails to take a walk through the woods. We brought our own firewood but there is more than enough from fallen limbs and trees if you want to gather your own. Only a couple miles from Russell State park where it is clean and beautiful. We spent a lot of time……

“My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk. I am still wearing my badge of honor scrapped knee lol. Once you get to the lake, the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so much fun to swim in……

“Property was very nice. The location is convenient and secluded. The kitchen is very well stocked. The lake and fire pit are the main attractions. In our case, the lake was difficult to use. If the water level is low, the dock will be out of the water necessitating a trek through mud to use the canoe or kayak. I'd watch the lake level if that is something you want to do. ”
