We were completely amazed when we arrived at the villa. It is really really beautiful, in a quiet area, clean and everything you need is found. The host couple were really helpful and lovely, their dogs were also really sweet. The villa has really good cooking equipment, a washing machine, very good air conditioning, good wifi and chromecast. The pool was really big and wonderful. Likewise, the outdoor kitchen was great even though we didn't have time to grill ourselves. Thank you very much for a perfect holiday. Hannu, Annika and Sonja❤️

Elche and Alicante región in winter

We spent January and February in “El Campirri” en Elche and had a fantastic stay. Description and fotos of the venue are rather exact but reality is even better. The house offers sufficient space and is very well maintained and equipped with everything that is needed so that we felt like being at home. Thanks to heating system and fireplace we felt comfortable even during the few colder nights. It’s a strategic location allowing to also explore e.g. Murcia, Orihuela, Santa Pola, Alicante and the Vinalopo Valley in day trips. Cova and Javi were the nicest hosts we had ever, taking care of us, advising places to visit and supporting us at any time. Many thanks to Cova and her family for the fantastic time in Elche!

A wonderful time in Elche

We are a family of three with our little son being 2.5y old. We stayed at the house for two weeks and really enjoyed our time there. Cova and her husband Javier are great hosts. They helped us finding the compound when our navigation system sent us a wrong way. They toured us through the house and explained very well how to use everything. But most importantly, they gave us very good hints regarding which beaches to go to, where to dine and what to see. The house is as shown in the portal profile, with modern furniture and equipment. Cova and Javi helped us also with special requests like organizing a photographer to take professional family pictures at the beach and where to take a Covid test before travelling back. We can only recommend the house, the hosts and would certainly come there for vacation again.

Casa Preciosa pero…

La casa es preciosa todo hay que decirlo, cuenta con todo lo necesario; una piscina enorme con bbq, jardín con hamacas, los propietarios también muy agradables pero…. sabíamos que la propiedad contaba con dos casas y que la casa tenía zonas comunes ( las nombradas anteriormente piscina, jardines, bbq) pero lo que no sabíamos es que los dueños vivían en la otra casa, justo enfrente, que no significa que esto sea un problema, ya que a unos les importara y a otros no, pero creo que es una cosa que debe saberse antes de alquilar la casa. El primer día llegamos, nos fuimos a meter a la piscina y teníamos enfrente a los dueños con familiares en una comida familiar, lo que hacía que me sintiese un poco incómoda mientras me bañaba, intentaba hacer menos ruido por las noches porque sabía que tenia dos niños pequeños. Por otro lado Cova muy amable nos explico condiciones y características de la casa y una de elllas fue, que contaban con un piloto de consumo y que si nos excedíamos ese piloto les saltaba, le dijimos que no había ningún problema, que si había que pagar algo extra se lo pagaríamos sin problema. La primera noche a alguna de nosotras se nos quedó el aire acondicionado dado, mientras estábamos en una cena me llamo cova para decirme que les había saltado el piloto del consumo que si nos habíamos dejado algo dado ya que no veía nuestro coche. De momento no me ha dicho si nos ha conllevado un gasto extra, es de los únicos inconvenientes que he visto sobre nuestra estancia. La casa es preciosa, una maravilla y la verdad que hemos estado muy cómodas en sus instalaciones, pero creo que faltaría un poco de privacidad, tanto para ellos como para los huéspedes.

Espectacular

La casa preciosa y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas. En unza zona tranquila pero a un paso de tiendas, restaurantes, playas, etc. La zona de piscina increible y preparada para poder pasar el día entero en ella. Cova y su marido, Javier, encantadores y disponibles siempre para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Vacaciones perfectas y esperamos volver.

Un lugar espectacular

El lugar es muy bonito. La casa es preciosa y el jardín muy cuidado. Con detalles que le dan a la casa un valor añadido. La charca con los patos es de película y la zona de la barbacoa con la piscina te da mucho juego para disfrutar de la estancia. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes de nosotros para cualquier cosa. Y sobretodo nos hemos sentido como en casa. Un buen lugar para desconectar y pasar unos días diferentes. Gracias Javi y cova por todo.
