Costa Blanca - Villa for 8 people with private pool near the sea

  • Close to the sea, Santa Pola, as well as the city of Alicante and near the airport, you will find a very nice quiet villa with private pool 9 x 5 and a wonderful idyllic garden of 2600 m2 with palm trees and tropical plants.

    This villa was completely renovated in 2011. Linens, furniture and pool - everything is like new.

    We do our best to make our guests feel at home and spend a dream vacation.

    In the summer our gardener comes twice a week for the maintenance of the pool and the care of the garden, in the low season once a week.

    For stays of 15 days, we change sheets and towels weekly.

Enjoyed the property. It is impeccably landscaped. It is rural in location and requires a car to travel to Elche or Alicante. Highly secure, with a gated entrance and heavy bolts on the front door. Very pleasant property.

Great property , quiet peaceful location that makes a car a must. Property and surrounding gardens are absolutley beautiful , pool is a very welcome refuge from summer heat. Merche & Birgit wonderful hosts and very helpful.

Large modern well equipped villa in a very peaceful rural location, excellent size pool with steps. Villa is excellent! It is well equipped and nicely decorated, with stunning terrace and pool. Situated in private and spacious grounds in a rural location just 15 minutes from the airport. Car is a must. Perfect for our family break. The owner is very helpful, great comms.

Extremely nice villa, large and clean pool, very professional.

The villa is much more beautiful than can be seen in the photos. The villa is really beautiful and the pool is fantastic. The scenery around the villa is amazing. Birgit and Merche were really nice and friendly. Hope to stay there again later this year.

Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to others. A car is essential but beaches/ restaurants and everything else you need is only 7/10 mins drive. Communication with the owner was frequent and easy. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the house is well equipped with very comfy beds!

Wonderful vacation house.
