Welcome to a designer villa where Ibiza style meets modern comfort. A tastefully renovated country house, designed for relaxing among palm trees, taking a dip in the private pool, and enjoying long after-dinner conversations outdoors. Ideal for families or groups of friends (up to 10 people) seeking privacy, space, and a peaceful setting just a stone's throw from the beaches of Alicante.
Located in a tranquil rural setting between Elche and Santa Pola, just a 5-minute drive from the beach and 15 minutes from Alicante-Elche Airport. The perfect combination of privacy and comfort: total relaxation without sacrificing convenience.
The villa features 4 bedrooms, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest toilet (5 bathrooms in total). The spacious, luxurious living room opens seamlessly onto the kitchen, complete with an island, fireplace, and a designer seating area bathed in natural light. The large dining table easily accommodates the entire group.
Outside, there's a private swimming pool surrounded by lawn, a sun terrace with four sun loungers and parasols, and a chill-out area with a pergola and built-in barbecue for summer dinners. It also features a service kitchen, an outdoor laundry area, and private indoor parking for four to five cars.
