The staff was friendly. The room was clean, but the heater was noisy and didn't work the best. We asked for a room with a walk in shower and were informed that the hotel does not has no rooms with walk in showers. The breakfast consisted of toast, mini muffins, apples, yogurt, cereal, dried out scrambled eggs, gravy and hard biscuts. Most of the satellite stations did not work on the TV., but the room had a large screen TV

We had roaches crawling on the walls and tables. Roaches in the fridge and microwave. The water was lukewarm and turned cold quickly. The fitted sheets were flat sheets placed over the mattress.

Liked the amenities but the indoor pool was not working. No worries this trip as we did't have time to use it. We dp plan to book again next time we're in town.

Very nice hotel. We had a large clean room with a very big TV a small fridge and a microwave. Breakfast in the morning included waffles biscuits and gravy and juice. Will definitely stay there again

The property is dated, but okay. Primary concerns are a roach ran across the refrigerator in the room after I opened the door. There is no blanket in the room. The bed only has a sheet and a thin cover that looks like a curtain. The breakfast was very poor. Basic cold cereal that seemed stale. The biscuits and gravy were uneatable. The biscuit was dense and dry and the gravy was essentially warmed milk with some flour and completely tasteless. Otherwise, it was $70 a night.

We have always had a twenty dollar pet fee if the booking site has it wrong then that is their fault. If guest do not tell us about the light we can not fix the issue

The hotel was in nice condition for the most part. I was very disappointed to find out I was on the second floor but no elevate. And no rooms were available on the first floor. No handicap accessibility was disappointing.

Only one thing I would suggest regarding a matter of safety period the bathroom floor tile or covering can be very slick even though dry to people wearing socks.

Basic but decent!
Can't complain as it provided me with a room and bed on my trip. It's not a frills type hotel, in any way but I would return for another trip. Entry way ceiling was all torn out... I had yellow paint drips on my sheets... There was no blanket on my bed....just a sheet and decorative bedspread.... and breakfasts were just self serve waffles and a few other things. Basic but decent!

That is not true yes smells can me musty due to air conditioners constantly running but even our health inspector found none

very nice room, property looks taken care of. staff is nice and there is a decent continental breakfast. it’s located off an exit with pretty much just a gas station and a tiny town nearby. only about a 15 minute drive to the lake.

This is a great super eight!!
This was a great surprise. Very comfortable spacious bed, clean and updated at all top 25% of all super eights that we’ve been to. The breakfast could add some healthier items and the water temperature needs turned up from lukewarm to hot please!!!

Lake of the Ozarks Bike Fest
Our stay was excellent!. The location, for us, was ideal. The proximity to food, fuel and entertainment excellent. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Have enjoyed staying here for the last 5 years and look forward to future stays.

They are doing a lot of renovating but keep the open part clean somehow. There was no noise from the upgrades either. It was a very pleasant stay. I will stay there the next time I go through that area. Would be nice if some USB outlets were available. Luckily I had my own.

Easy sleeping
Nice clean room. This is a newer building so you don't get that outdated feel that can sometimes give you a feeling that everything is dirty. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back whenever we're in the area.

No elevator
This hotel has no elevator. Be prepared to carry your stuff up a flight of stairs if you are on the second floor. Had I known I would have insisted on a room on the first floor.

The room was stinking of mildew and my wife could not sleep all night! She tried covering her face with the sheet to filter out the mildew, but it was no help. We left early the next morning as she had not slept all night!

The Roach Motel
Roaches in the bathroom, service agent no understand English, so when I asked her if my room was on the first floor, she said yes......I was put on the second floor as far away from and entrance as possible. I even sent the motel a message when I booked the room because we have a dog and my wife cant climb stairs....NEVER stay there again

What a disappointment. I have stayed here several times and it has gone downhill. The rooms smelled, the baseboards were crusted with dirt and dust, the popcorn ceiling is covered in dirt from the air conditioner. The free breakfast was pared back during the pandemic and never brought back to previous standards. I was supposed to stay two nights but checked out after one. The icing on the cake....the rooms usually run $75-$80 and was $180 due to the holiday. Don't waste your time or money on this hotel.

With breakfast we have everything we had before covid except for hard boiled eggs. Winter prices are the cheaper time of year and we are one of the cheaper hotels around the lake. unfortunately when air conditioners are ran nonstop yes they do have a smell

Regular size bath tub with rails and a shower chair. We have monthy sprays for bugs so yes you may see a few.

Linens on bed not comfortable. Bed made with only flat sheets. No blanket. Bedspread was so slick it kep falling off bed. AC was noisy. This is a two story hotel with NO elevator.
