「Great location by a large creek with walking trail. Nice facility. Would only suggest they offer some protein options at breakfast, eg. prepackaged hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal packages with no sugar. Everything but the milk was high carb. Highly recommend the lodge itself. We went to see the Carousel of Happiness, which is right across the street.」

「The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.」

「Very disappointed that no transportation was available to pick us up in Fraser from the Amtrak dropoff, and no pick up available after we walked down to the WP resort for a meal. Also disappointed you had no restaurant facilities available for dinner or breakfast. You charged a pretty high room rental to be short of amenities like this. However, we found the front desk staff to be very helpful and courteous!」

「The manager wasn’t helpful due to the room service was terrible. We had asked for room service from day one of our stay and no one assist us with clean towels, clean sheets and shower gel because this expensive hotel was out…we asked everyday of your 4 days. The 10 years of staying at this hotel will never stay again due to housekeeping room service.」

「Check in is at 4pm. Room was not ready, waited over an hour before it was ready. Floors were not clean in our dome. Neighbor done played loud music and partied until 2am. Not the peaceful, serene stay I had hoped for. The concept is great, but they definitely have work to do.」

「Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. Regardless of these issues the place itself was a charm. The wooden walkway gave it a nice feel. I would...

「There was nobody there when I showed up at 6:30. I had to phone for instructions to get my key. This meant that I had to pay $19 in roaming charges to place the call. When I got into my room, I found that the Wi-Fi did not work. I went outside and walked around with my laptop and was able to find an area at the picnic bench on the lawn where I could get an intermittent Wi-Fi signal. Breakfast was mediocre.」
