I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. 「My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

「Overall i didn't think this property was as good as it was rated. Our room wasnt very clean upon arrival, we had to ask 3 days in a row for house keeping to come and they only delivered towels, no cleaning. They put in a special request for full housekeeping the day before we left (out of 7) Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, typical with limited healthy options,. The Starbucks on site is also only a partial starbucks only doing the basics. The pool is small but overlooks the ocean....

「The property had a great beach front location and the Boston Fish House across the street was great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and worn. There was a musty/mildew smell. Would probably book a different hotel next time.」

「The beach view was great however the unit needs updating. Repairs on the bathroom cabinet for example were poorly done. The shower plumbing next to the guest room did not work properly. We could not get water to come out of the shower head. The pictures online are better than in person. 」
