"The floors were a bit sandy, but understandable. The icemaker would not work so that was a bit of an inconvenience.. overall a beautiful place well kept grounds. We could see the ocean, but never made it over to the beach unfortunately or down to the pool. They were only two of us staying there. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed.. my friend’s bed unfortunately had bit of a slope in the middle of it so it wasn’t real comfortable for her. Overall, we had a great time did what we went to Daytona for.. I would definitely recommend the place."

"We have stayed in New Smyrna Beach many, many times and this property is by far the best we have had. The location, view, quality of the furnishings and all the amenities are above and beyond - they even provide bath robes and an Air Fryer!!It has everything you need, and we especially loved the large bath tub in the master bedroom. Also, the owners stock it with just about everything you need in the kitchen, baths, bedrooms and washer/dryer room.It is very quiet and peaceful and the condo association is really incredible - so well kept up including a great fitness room and even a sauna.This will be the only place we stay from now on. It is perfection!!!"

"Great location. (Other friends were staying there at Schooner Point.) Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Two bathrooms for seven adults worked out OK. Love the view and the balcony. Slept well in the loft. Karen was an accessible host and had a nicely decorated place. The beach itself is a fantastic section in new Smyrna Beach. No seaweed, nice hard packed sand, it was windy, but you can’t help that. Overall fantastic trip. I would definitely stay there again."
