“There was a lot of space in the room, more than I expected. Had a nice living room/kitchen with full size fridge and microwave and lots of cabinet space with absolutely nothing in them! A few dishes or utensils would have been nice for restaurant leftovers. Decent view of the beach. Room was clean but had a horrible odor that smelled like cat pee. We called the front desk and they brought up an air freshener spray and said to keep it which was nice but the odor never went away.”

“Amazing stay! The room was beautiful and spacious, Le Occitane products in the bathroom, coffee and tea in the reception! It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and will be back soon!”

“Nearly everything about the hotel ranks very high, from the cleanliness, to the decor, to the staff. The breakfast was fine for the level of the hotel-typical fare. My only disappointment was the parking fee. $25 a night add-on is pretty steep. I will definitely stay again, however.”

“Clean property. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Quiet property. Tommy and his wife were amazing hosts. Restaurants and shops within walking distance or a 3 min. drive. Beach is 5 minutes by car. Property is pet friendly.”

“This is a family-run hotel motel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the property was pretty cluttered ,even though it was under remodeling, but I could see that it's been that way for quite a while. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and fresh linens. Bathroom was clean but dated.”

“Double check your bedsheets and pillows. When we first arrived it looked super clean and nice, but when it came to going to sleep, we realized the pillows,bedsheets, and mattress were really dirty and they smelled so bad. The lady in charge helped us moved to another room. The manager promised us some money back.”

“This was my second time staying at this reasonably priced beach front motel. My room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette, efficient air conditioning, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Although somewhat dated the motel is well maintained and managed. The motel staff are all courteous and professional. There were plenty of onsite parking spaces available for guests. The pool area was well maintained. I enjoyed my stays here and would definitely stay again when in the Daytona Beach……
