"The property was located in a prime location. The apartment was very clean and airy. Very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable! I didn’t wake up with any aches or pains. I especially loved there was no carpeting. All essentials were available for use. Although the unit was located behind other buildings we still had beach views. Close to shopping and restaurants. Laundry room on site. A huge plus! Liked we had separate entrance which had stairs that lead to your unit and a nice sized outdoor seating."

"Had a great week with the whole family in New Smyrna Beach. Nice house located right on the beach. It was everything we needed and expected. Kids enjoyed surfing lessons right on the beach there. Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. "

"Condo was nice. Had a full kitchen with a keurig. A closet full of beach supplies. Nicely decorated. AC worked great. The only drawback of the place in my opinion is that we were on the fourth floor so it was a lot of steps to climb multiple times a day. There were elevators but they were a little slow and usually in use so stairs were more convenient. Loved the New Smyrna area. Very casual and chill. Weather was great while we were there. Over 90 degrees the whole time but usually a nice breeze. "

"We absolutely loved this condo!The layout was perfect for us. Clean, well stocked, brightly decorated and the floorplan was very open. The view was wonderful for morning sunrises and watching storms in the ocean.The pool was great, the exercise room is well equipped, and everyone there was very friendly.The owner was very responsive to our questions. It's on our list to stay again!"

"This property is well equipped and was very accommodating during our stay. The location is unbeatable with the multiple pools and shuffle board directly on the beach! A nice full kitchen to make meals in, comfy bedding and living room area with lots of storage. It is a dog friendly rental however the condo complex does come with many rules and dogs are not very welcome on the property by the pool or beach. Regardless we had a wonderful time and our pup did too! Would love to come back soon! Must drive 5 minutes down the road for the cutest coffee shop Lines & Vines! It’s perfect!"
