「We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house in New Smyrna Beach. The location was absolutely perfect — close to the beach and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and spots to explore.The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was especially perfect for a smaller group and felt very cozy and relaxing. I also loved the thoughtful touch of guests leaving helpful items behind for the next visitors, and I was happy to do the same....

「Loved being able to wake up and fall right into pool or walk to ocean. The room was okay for the price. Stains on the blankets, hair in the shower, and a constant drip from the shower that I reported on the first day and was ignored. Close to shopping and eateries.」

「The room needs updating, I realize that when windy the sliding glass doors will get salt and sand but they were not cleaned prior to our visit as there were hand prints on the outside. Needs new blinds and blankets. Other than that it was clean. The location is good. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. They are doing some construction in the entrance. 」
