“It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.”

“It was a beautiful place in a great location a block off the marina- where my kids were able to see dolphins. Very clean, everything is working order, and safe area. We would stay here again!”

“It was a clean simple property that accommodated my partner and I. We stayed 2 nights and that was going to be long enough…with the Murphy bed, a longer stay is not great because sleep conditions not great. Air/heat was louder than I would have liked…but location and price made up for it.”

“The property was even better than described or what I saw in the pictures. The property manager was very nice, and reached out personally before our check in. Everything in and around studio was very well kept and clean. The beach access is so close, and we found that the section of the beach in front of the property had the least amount of people as far as we could see on both ends of the beach. Probably because the area was more like a neighborhood with few high-rise buildings. I will……

“Excellent affordable location. A few issues though, The elevator was out of order and being a senior with back issues We were glad we only had to walk up 1 floor. Many people staying there were older and it was an issue. The front keypad to the lobby was hard to manipulate and many of the guest had problems with it. Discovered the entry on the poolside was much easier to use. The lockbox for the unit was also difficult to use, The unit could use more cleaning supplies to help keep it up during……

“Location is unbeatable. Just a couple blocks off Flagler and a short walk to the beach. The bikes were awesome and made getting around super easy. Not to mention, the unit was clean and seemed to have brand new furniture. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.”
