「Overall we had a great stay but there was a few issues I’d like to note! The drain didn’t go down and when we tried to call the front desk to fix it they never would answer the phone. We were also told Saturday the pool would be closed for only a hour, then another hour then it was closed all day for maintenance. We tried again Sunday to figure out it was still closed. 「It’s a beautiful hotel. The problem we had was with parking. We chose to self park. We were not told that there was no elevator or easy way to get back to the lobby. 「Very few cons. Neat property. Room was fantastic House Keeping was amazing. Breakfast was incredible! Get the French Toast! Had it three days in a row. Some of the cons and I’m being a little picky but there was no valet attendant present when we arrived and here you have to use valet. Be better if there was a sign notifying the guests that they’ll be back very soon or something. We were confused as to what to do when we arrived. Also the foyer needed dusting and decluttering.
