The property feels like it needs a little TLC. The tap on the spa leaks, there is no doorknob on the outside of the bathroom door, the toaster does not work, the clock in the kitchen has stopped and the flyscreen on the front door is torn. There is no daybed out on the decking area as pictured on the website, just a table and chairs. When we arrived, it was cold and raining but we had to go out in the weather to get firewood as there was only some small kindling inside. Milk was provided but it was UHT and only one towel per person. Tea and coffee was provided and sachets of salt and pepper but nothing else. It was a nice stay, but nothing special. The spa was nice.

Perfect winter getaway

It’s a delightfully cosy spot w a wonderful spa bath and lovely fire and open living space. The kitchen covers the very basics only but otherwise a perfect spot to chill and spot some local wildlife!

Amazing

Everything was absolutely perfect Except for the spa.. when the jets were turned on there must been some grime build up because it all shot out which was pretty unpleasant But other than that, incredibly pleased with it I will be recommending it

Perfect romantic getaway

We loved it here. So relaxing with all the mod cons you need. A spa and woodfire adds a nice romantic feel. And the breakfast inclusion was fantastic!
