"This was the worst place we have ever stayed in! The place smelled very musty. One light switch diod not work. The vanity light switch worked every third try. The tub did not drain. The pop up drain was missing from the bathroom sink. The beds creaked loudly and were well worn. The towels were stained. Breakfast was horrible. Do noit stay here! "

"Cabin was great !Had everything you would need except of course your food !Inside super clean & had washer/dryer.Outside area super nice with covered seating area with chairs , ceiling fan & fire place. Also gas grill!Real close to Mammoth Springs.Close to eating places in nearby Thayer, MO & 1 or 2 in Mammoth springs."

"Shower barely worked and wouldn’t turn off, hole in wall where air conditioner? Unit used to be had a pillow stuffed in it. Insulation, i guess. The view was nice though. And when I could actually reach the staff, he was nice."

"We got what we came for: A lovely and somewhat remote retreat looking(literally) over the Current River with a deck and a fire pit with comfortable beds, hot water, and enough kitchen gear to prepare meals. You can even do some light fishing from the old boat ramp but more to pass the time than get serious. This would be an amazing place for a family to set up as a Basecamp for a floating adventure.We were just two old dudes catiching up and hitting rhe river and it was more than we needed but we loved it."

"We loved this cottage. The appliances were great. Especially the icemaker in the big refrigerator. Also loved the view from the king size bed in the early mornings. We spent a lot of time on the deck just watching the river flow by."

"This place was perfect! It had everything you could want from snack basket, coffee, firewood and smores ingredients, all the way down to spare tooth brushes. The cabin is beautiful and the location was absolutely gorgeous! The host was quick to respond to messages, answered any question we had and was so nice. I'm hoping to visit again!"
