"Family Trip, 2 adults and a 4 yr old. Check in was seamless, staff was kind and patient with a sudden bathroom trip by my son mid transaction. He then smashed his lip, and we had counter staff helping with water and whatever else we needed. The pool was the perfect temp, not too crowded. Make sure you remind your kid not to open their eyes underwater because the chlorine is super strong. Room was clean, comfortable and the TV was so easy to link to our Netflix and Disney accounts. Literally every step of the way, this was an A+ experience. As an avid gardener, I have to send my compliments to their garden staff... the plants were so lush and interesting, they were clean (aka no dust) which isnt easy to do on tall palm trees! I had as much fun looking for plants as I did watching the kids pond. Shout out to our lifeguard, he was so accommodating and I never once saw him lose focus on his charges in the pool. If 11/10 was a thing. I'd give the lamplighter staff that!"
