Great place to stay, close to the high school where our event was and close to local restaurants. We cooked in the kitchen and glad to find all items we needed. Rooms are very comfortable.

Convenient Location

Plenty of room, well supplied, worked out perfectly for what we needed. We were in town to ride the Eagle Cap Excursion Train. Communication with owner went very well.

So clean!!

She was a great host! My son wasn’t feeling well and she let us check in early! Made the trip so much better. He rested and was good to go. Also the place is very homie and comfortable. Is is an older house but for price and age a great value. We would stay again!!!

Basketball tournament

This is the second time that we have stayed there because my son has a basketball tournament and plays in the Elgin high school, which is right down the road. It’s a great neutral location for all the games and the host is nice and responds very quickly! And my kids love it that it’s decorated for Christmas during Christmas time!

Charming Property in Elgin, Oregon

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Elgin, Oregon, before heading out on the Eagle Cap Train Excursion. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, but still conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance of several great places to eat. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner clearly takes great care in ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience, going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Elgin!

Recently plowed and shoveled with all the snow they recently got, house was warm even with the negative tempatures outside, white Christmas lights were so welcoming will definitely stay again owner is fantastic and very quick to respond when you have any questions!!!

Perfect Little Getaway

This was a great location in Elgin and walkable to everything. We only stayed one night but would definitely come back. The only note is while the backyard might be fenced, it is not a solid enough fence to coral a dog to pee alone :). But such a minor issue. The house was super cute and clean and quite comfortable for the time we were there.

Making memo

We stayed at this amazing property to spend quality time with family. Im origin from Elgin but moved away many years ago but my parents and relatives still live here. Well my oldest just had her first baby, my first granddaughter and my parents first great granddaughter . We spent this time introducing them all and letting them get to know her. This home made it possible to be comfortable and not in a cramped hotel room. Our host was wonderful, she went above and beyond and made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. Thank you

Great jump off point for rafting!

We had a great stay and everything in the house was really thoughtful. We enjoyed being able to relax and watch movies before taking off for rafting in the morning which was only 20 minutes away.
