Built in the late 1930s, the newly renovated stunning interior will spoil you with Bertazzoni appliances and custom clawfoot soaking tub. Enjoy nature from the back porch, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. This secluded home is ideal for a romantic trip, or it can offer a peaceful stay when you want to escape the city.

Our well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2 bath home in the Manor/Elgin area is perfect for anyone visiting or working in Austin (30 minutes) or its surrounding areas, with Tesla 27 minutes away. The racing action at the Circuit of the Americas is approximately 30 minutes away. The Grand Lady and world famous Southside Barbecue are close by for folks that want delicious Texas barbecue before walking down the aisle!

The king beds have luxury gel memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep away from home. The two gel memory foam Twin XL beds in the third bedroom are long enough to fit adults. There is also a trundle bed under one of the twin beds.

No animals or 'visiting' animals allowed, due to continuing medical treatment.

The living room is equipped with a 70” Samsung 4k Smart TV. Smart 4k TVs are also in main and second bedrooms. The Smart TVs have apps available for your login and satellite WIFI is available (weather permitting), with laptop friendly workspaces. The stereo is Bluetooth capable, so you can play music from your devices. Room-darkening curtains throughout the home allow you to sleep late and add privacy.

The kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances, including Bertazzoni electric range, drawer microwave, pot filler and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups and kitchen towels. For your convenience, small appliances are also available: toaster, electric water kettle, blender, stand mixer and waffle maker. A Keurig (with complimentary K-cups), drip coffee maker & a French press is available for coffee lovers. The pantry cabinets are stocked with condiments such as sugar, salt + pepper, olive oil and spices. There are is a local HEB grocery store under 9 minutes from our house, plus a Walmart.

The outdoor deck features a small grill and Adirondack style chairs for enjoying the tree covered back yard and fire pit table. If you plan to enjoy the outdoor area, we suggest you bring charcoal, firewood, outdoor bug spray (like Cutter), charcoal starting fluid and a lighter. We apologize, but do not honor refunds for weather-related events.

Towels and bed linens are provided during your stay.

Early or late check-in/check-out is only available in advance, for a fee and only if approved by the cleaning company.
Day/Visiting guests are not allowed per licensing restrictions and the booking app policy.

We do not sell travel insurance, but we highly recommend it for your travel investment.
We have self check-in with an electronic lock. A unique door code is active at check-in time and expires at checkout.

HOUSE RULES

Failure to check-out by 10 am or checking in before 4 pm will result in an additional charge of no less than $100.

Guests are not allowed on the property until 4pm unless approved prior. There is no early parking or drop off of luggage or personal items allowed.

Any visitors on the property after 7:00 pm will be counted as Guests and this will result in additional guest charge of no less than $100 per person, per day.

This house is not child/baby proofed. Children must be supervised at all times.
Mandatory cleanings are required for reservations longer than 12 days. Cleanings are discounted at $140 each and must be scheduled every 12 days.

PET POLICY
This property is not animal friendly. Animals or visiting animals will result in an additional charge of no less than $800.

SMOKING POLICY
Do not smoke in the home. Smoking inside will result in an additional cleaning charge of no less than $2000.

PARTY POLICY
No parties allowed. Evidence of a party, meeting or gathering will result in an additional space rental charge of $6,000 and your reservation may be cancelled immediately with no refund.

PROPERTY DAMAGES
Disclosure of damages to property and its contents must be made to Host through the booking app at the time they occur. Reasonable repair or replacement costs based on the item/s replacement value and/or labor and materials to repair will be assessed and charged to the Guest.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AN INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to enter premises and property for vacation rental or any other purpose, the undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering and will continuously thereafter thoroughly inspect such areas and his/her continued presence constitutes an acknowledgement that he/she has inspected house, deck and entire property and he/she finds and accepts such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of his/her use and he/she further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she and all guests will immediately notify the Host and advise appropriate persons.

THE UNDERSIGNED hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT SUE, owner personally and as company or corporate representatives, their members, managers, operators, officials, officers, directors, employees, owners and/or lessees of the premises, all for the purposes herein referred to as "releasees", for all liability to the undersigned, guests, representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss of damage, and any claim or demand thereof on account of property damage, illness or INJURY to the person(s), or resulting in DEATH of the undersigned or guests, whether caused by negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon the area.

THE UNDERSIGNED hereby AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may occur due to their presence in or upon the area and whether caused by the negligence o the releasees, natural risky conditions or otherwise.
