An island with 3 bar stools separates the kitchen from the living area. The island has built-in cupboards and drawers which includes pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. The bathroom has a one-piece shower stall. New vinyl plank flooring, new windows, mini split for A/C and heat. Covered patio with picnic table, BBQ/grill, firepit and private parking. There is an onsite coin operated laundry as an added convenience. A quick 5 minute walk to the boat dock which includes a swim platform for lake swimming or fishing.
