“room was clean”

“The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but……

“The doors are on springs so they slam shut anytime anyone goes in or out of their room (all night). Pool closes super early.”

“Booking was effortless through Expedia. We were greeted at the door by Pat, the owner. He gave us a quick tour and set a combo code to the front door of the house of our choosing. There is an open snack and coffee area, and "trail magic" shelf full of items that a hiker might need without a store nearby. The shared bathroom was WELL stocked. The cats were very friendly and the inn gave plenty of notice of the household cats. All in all a very enjoyable stay. The actual bedroom was quite small,……

“I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. “Nicest hotel in Johnson City”

“The room looked well put together when we got there. The woman that checked us in was super sweet and hospitable. The air/heat worked well, the fridge was cool, the water hot. The TV worked well and the safe was available with a key in the lock. There was also a microwave available. The downsides were that our shower's drain had come out and was just sitting on one of the shelves, which were slightly wobbly. But the biggest complaint was that when I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the……

“The breakfast lounge was the best i have seen in a long time. The layout was so organized. It was very well stocked and clean. It was a pleasure to eat at. It was very obvious that the staff took pride in ther work. Thank you so much for caring. ”
