Good news is that the AC did cool down the room within a few hours but it was a rough start to get to sleep. 「We decided to break up our long trip home and stayed at the Bolling Wilson hotel the night of July 4th and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in the heart of downtown Wytheville and Main Street was closed for a street fair, literally right out the front door. There was an awesome fireworks display that night which we were able to watch from the rooftop bar. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. The sink light was not conducive to women applying make-up. No Towels or other amenities after the maids leave. Front desk not manned all day. Dirty windows and door handle plates. Smelled musty in every room, like sour milk.pop machine empty and took the money. Had to pay $50 dollars for a dog to stay...
