「Will use again. Great unit, great location, quiet and very private. The house was fabulously appointed and everything you could need for the stay!」

「The home was set up beautifully. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what you would need for a short stay. If there is one bit of advice, seating for a couple more people would be great. I understand that the living room is small but that would help. Other than that, we had a great stay. 「Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. 」

「The guest house has everything needed and more. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and easy access. My stay was short but wouldn’t hesitate to use for longer stays when needed. Host very easy and quick to communicate with. 」

「I only have great things to say about this lovely home. Clean, full kitchen with all the dishes we needed. I was even able to bake a cake to celebrate the college graduation we attended! The host, Maria, is kind and thoughtful. She brought us fresh, delicious fruit and snacks, even brought treats for the dog. The property is lovely.」

「The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. Not the greatest to get ready and apply make up. However, there is a cute desk in front of a window with a lamp that was perfect lighting to apply make up. Aside from that it was simple and charming. 「Beautiful space with everything you need. The parking pass is a huge plus so parking was not a problem at all. Check in/out directions are easy to follow and property directions and descriptions were spot on. The hosts are excellent communicators and were able to assist with all of my questions. 「All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to get to with plenty of parking outside to park. Will definitely stay here if we return...

「Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! 」

「We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very comfortable & cozy. Great location in a very quiet & nice neighborhood! 」

「The house is small but comfortable. Basic necessities and all that. The problem was we showed up in the middle of a heatwave and there were zero fans or AC on. We specifically made sure to book places with AC because we knew it would be hot. The house was 91 degrees when we arrived. At 11 pm it was down to 84 degrees. Basically impossible to sleep.」

「Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay in Folsom and the home played a big role. It was well laid out, clean, well supplied, and very centrally located to the places in town we wanted to see. There are a lot of great places to eat and trails to walk on, a short walking distance from the home. The owners provided helpful information before our stay and checked in to make sure things were going ok. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Very comfortable 3 night stay. Great location! Did some fishing off the boat dock. Has everything you need. Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. Will stay there again!」

The atmosphere and stunning views made it an unforgettable experience. We even got to meet the winemaker and got a tour of the winery. Without a doubt, this is where we be staying every time I’m in Lodi. 」
