Nice hotel if you just want a good clean room in central part of town at a fair price. Bed was comfortable and bedding was good quality and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower worked great. Just be aware parking can be a little tight and only a small continental breakfast in front lobby which doesn't open till 8.30am.

The room looked newly renovated and clean. The staff was friendly. Did not use the air conditioner but heating unit was good. Breakfast is take and go, nothing special. Parking area is small. Plenty of restaurants in area. For those who do not like being in a major downtown traffic area with close proximity of a busy intersection that has a traffic light, I would not recommend.

Definitely not sound proof. The rooms were fine but the hotel is on a busy intersection and the noise is VERY hard to sleep through. Not the hotels fault, but don’t recommend if you need sleep or are a light sleeper.

Great reasonably priced motel. Very helpful staff. Efforts made to update older property are very obvious. Only downside was busy corner which came with some noise. Very good option. Will definitely return

Really nice stay. Only problem was the coffee pot in the room didn’t work and there wasn’t any coffee at the Continental breakfast in the office. I didn’t say anything, it was still very nice stay otherwise

Room was clean, needed some repair on a light switch but I talked with a maintenance man and he said he didn't know about but would fix it. Staff was nice. Breakfast is cereal and other stuff, but they told me about a cafe down the street which was wonderful. Didn't use air conditioner so don't know. I like the place!

Our room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Parking lot was spacious and mostly clean. It is fall, so terribly hard to keep the leaves out. I didn't notice trash. AC worked very well, but it had an unusual noise on high.

This place had a lot of really good reviews so we stayed there although we knew it was in a rundown part of town. The fact is this is a rundown hotel in the rundown part of town. The price was right for sure but not a good stay. If you’re just trying to save money, go for it if you want to stay somewhere nice go somewhere else.

Good value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We appreciated being able to park our motorcycle right outside our door, and the grab-and-go breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue was that the bathtub in room 124 drained quite slowly while showering.
