The room was clean and tidy, and everything worked. The hotel doesn’t look the best from the outside, but the rooms are cheap and in decent shape.

Light bulb in bathroom was burnt out, the tub was very old and dirty and the bed looked oddly like someone had napped on the top of the covers before I arrived. Second story walkway sags under foot in a scary way. Demo this place

Stay at the other locations in Wells. This Super 8 is no where close to most of the other Super 8”s. It’s dirty, dated, smells bad, and the desk staff have attitudes. The pool was empty, and the pillows are very hard.

The property was rundown although the room itself was fine. I thought it was weird that I had to call someone on the phone from the front desk counter to get someone to come out to check me in, but the person did show up.

I was disappointed in how dirty looking everything was, especially in the bathroom. Stains on the tub, walls, and a towel made the stay feel gross. It felt old and tired, but it was cheap. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful!

Not as advertised. Room clean. Whole facility run down. The “great breakfast” consisted of two types of cereal. Asked person at desk was there a Subway near by. Said no subway. Turns out there was one about 1/2 mile away.
