「Fruendly check in and check out」

「Only a short visit for a family emergency which means we were only there to sleep; however, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming an accommodating. Property was well maintained although one of the rooms rented did have stains on bedding and towels but staff immediately stripped beds and provided new linen and towels. Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us!
