"I would like to share some concerns re. our stay. During the explanation of the facility access procedures, I found the staff's attitude somewhat unfriendly, which made the interaction less welcoming than expected. Additionally, I was charged a parking fee that was not clearly justified or adequately explained. Greater transparency re. such charges would be appreciated."

"This was our first time staying at the property. Very easy to find and staff was very helpful when we got there. Just FYI, always check with any hotel or motel if there is an additional property or Resort fee. We booked for one price but when we got there it was an additional $15 a day. This was not the fault of the Hotel this was the fault of me not checking carefully. They had coffee and water in the lobby starting at 6:30 and they offer restaurant dining on the weekends only. They have a nice ice machine off the lobby of the hotel and they also offer free DVD rentals just talked to someone at the desk. As for our room the king size bed was very comfortable and the pillows were some of the best we had all week. I also was a huge fan of the shower and the shower head. There was an ice machine in the room but it didn't end up working very well so we made sure we let them know as soon as we got there. Also room is equipped with DVD player flat screen TV refrigerator and microwave. AC also works very well. The only thing with this hotel is it is on US1 and if you're walking anywhere there is a bit of a walk to a set of Lights to cross the road. Just keep that in mind. But it is also right next door to the Welcome Center in case you'd like to take the green trolley around Saint Augustine"

"For the likely age of the structure and its location along the waterfront, I found the property to be as expected. Despite a very slight musty smell upon entering the room which was not an issue once the air was turned up, I found the property to be clean and the staff accommodating. Unlike the bigger chains, there was seating available just outside the room for your comfort and enjoyment and there were other minor details which were also noted and appreciated. Breakfast was okay. Location was convenient and view was good. I also appreciated the quiet after 10pm."

"Excellent stay. Room was very clean and looked out towards the ocean. Breakfast was excellent and had a rotating menu. Parking was free and very close. Loved the staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great time!"
