Hot tub had no hot water. Kids playing in hallways at 6AM. Would not do this again. Empty rooms throughout hotel and they put a family with their kids right next door.

Loved - Staff/friendliness Loved - Breakfast/food variety Liked - Room area was modern and looked nice Disliked - Water would not stay hot no matter what you did; both the night before and the next morning. Luke warm at best Hated - Hotel said non smoking but rooms, hallway, and linens, smelled like smoke. Hated - insect infestation = lady bugs. Lady bugs all over the room, alive and dead. In the hallways and on the window sills. Did not bring this up because we were too tired and in a hurry. Won't be back to this location & won't use Expedia to book again. Terrible value for this location. .

I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Our area had an Asian beetle issue in the fall of the year. We had our exterminator to come in therefore we no longer have them. Our hotel is 100% smoke free! If you choose to stay with us again please let our Front Desk Agents know if you are not having a great stay. We are always happy to help!

The staff were the most friendly and accommodating hotel staff I’ve encountered to date! The hotel was clean, everything was well stocked and it was quiet. The ONLY thing I would change is our bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. I’m not complaining! It was a great place!

I’ve stayed here before. Enjoyed my stay. This time the whirlpool made awful noise and when notified they say they will tell maintenance. My time my experience not what we intended. And the price 250. For a suite with a soon to be broken whirlpool tub.

Got to my room at 8:30 pm after working 13 hrs, it was never cleaned. But on the other hand, breakfast is ready at 3:30am.

Hello Eric,We offer housekeeping service if your stay is longer than 3 days or upon request. This has been Choice Hotels policy since covid. This policy helps to protect our guest and staff. This is stated on, in room collateral. If you requested service and did not get it, I apologize in advance. Yes we serve breakfast at 3:30 a.m. to our early risers that work in the area. Our staff does everything possible to go above and beyond for our guests.

This was easily located next to the interstate. Staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and our room was also clean. However, of the 5 staff members I either interacted with directly (3) or walked past in the lobby (2), NOT A SINGLE ONE WORE A MASK. There is a state mandate for mask-wearing, and while I stayed 5 days, I saw not a single staff member wearing a mask. And lastly, as expected, this is a loud hotel. right on the interstate, and workers coming and going at all hours. I asked for a quiet room and was given one at the end of the hall (the elevator is LOUD TOO), but one that faced the parking lot and the interstate. So, quite was not to be had.

Gem in the hills!
Very convenient to US 50 in Ellenboro, a couple gas stations and restaurants and fast-food places. Within walking distance of the North Bend Rail Trail. Plenty of parking. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local info and advice. Lobby was spacious and very clean, close to but separated from the breakfast area. Our room had plenty of space for the 3 of us. Bed was comfortable with 4 pillows per bed. HVAC worked well and had a constant fan setting (yes!). Blackout blinds were a plus since our room faced the well-lit parking lot. Bathroom was spacious and clean; clear-glass door and wall to the shower were a much welcome change from the usual shower curtains. Plenty of towels. Fridge worked well but no freezer section. Didn't try the microwave or coffeemaker. TV worked well, as did the wifi. Plenty of charging stations. Breakfast both mornings was very good: cooked oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit and fruit cups, variety of juices, variety of breads/pastries, pancake & waffle makers, scrambled eggs, fried 'taters, and meat (sausage patties and sausage w/ peppers & onions one day, bacon the next), coffee, tea, and a good selection of hot chocolate. Plenty of seating unless a big crowd comes in at one time. Two drawbacks: 1) the smoke detector in the room has a bright flashing light (that we covered with a ball cap, problem solved); 2) shower hot water is to the right, not to the left (lesson learned). Overall, a great place!
