This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was extremely dirty, all the hallways had trash in them. We had to change rooms twice before we were given a clean room. The first room had a malfunctioning fridge with ice coming out of the freezer. The second room smelled horrible, a mixture of mold and hairspray. The pool was closed because it was not given health inspection clearance. Our pull-out couch bed mattress had a blood stain on it. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms of the hotel, because apparently housekeeping was not given soap to put in the rooms. We had to go out and buy our own hand soap and bath soap. I will never stay here again.

At check in, no one was present at the desk so I rang the bell. The agent came out of the back, looked at the floor and picked something up, went back, proceeded to vacuum the back office, then start vaccuming the lobby all while I was standing there. Once checked in, we went to the room to find there was no soap in the room (by the sink or in the shower). We went to the desk to purchase a soda and get soap. After a search, we were informed they were out of soap in the hotel. At breakfast the following morning, we got down about 45 minutes after service started and, though there were waffles, there was no syrup. There were a few other minor issues, but the room itself was ok. Prior to our actual check in, we did stop to try to check in early (about 1pm). The room wasn't ready (totally fine and expected). The lady working was very helpful and friendly and responded to the bell immediately.

None of the amenities were available. No pool, no gym. Our room heating/cooling unit didn’t work, I asked to have someone come look at it and they never did. Our mattress cover was dirty. We asked for a late check out and were told they couldn’t accommodate that. There were employees outside our door at 7am talking so loudly it woke us up. They were discussing laundry. One woman was talking to the other down the hall. Also anytime there was a neighbor taking a shower (which happened early morning our first day there) the pipes were so loud.

We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament and had a pretty mixed experience. Parking was a plus, plenty of space and easy access. Location was also great, about five minutes from anywhere in Ellensburg, which made getting around really convenient. Check-in didn’t start great. There were signs on the counter saying the pool was closed for the season and the fitness room was under remodel. The pool was a big reason we booked through Expedia, especially with four kids under 11, so that was frustrating and should’ve been disclosed upfront. While waiting, another guest was checked into an already occupied room, which made things feel pretty disorganized. Room was clean enough but had issues. Showerhead had heavy mineral buildup, faucet was water-stained, toilet ran all night, and the sink was clogged. Linens seemed clean, but the window was dirty with water stains and what looked like mildew. From the outside, the place felt closed or uninviting. Inside was just average. Overall, okay for a basic stay, but lack of transparency about amenities was disappointing.

The tub was leaking and could not be turned off. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The carpet was dirty and not cleaned. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it, only a top sheet. There were not enough towels in the room, and the towels were closer in size to hand towels, then bath towels. The continental breakfast was missing a few continents. It was waffles and cereal.

Room didn’t have a coffee maker. Was SUPER hot when we got in the room. Took a long time to cool the tool back down. The tub wouldn’t drain. All three of us had to take a shower with the tub filled 3/4 of the way up. Something bit my husband’s hand and he woke up with it swollen. The fitness center was out of order. And the pool was closed. We’ve stayed here a few times but won’t again!

The room was freezing even with the heater on it took all night to warm up. The best thing about the room was the hot water lasted a good while, i was able to enjoy a nice long shower. The " continental breakfast" was severely overrated. Stale bread, stale and soggy english muffins, the butter was rock hard a mountian of cream cheese but nothing to put it on. The waffle maker made undercooked waffles and i even barely put any waffle mix into it. The syrup was cold and took forever to pour from the spigot. 3 yogurts total, not flavors, in the fridge. A half full gallon of milk with no cereal. The only thing halfwas decent was the juice machine that poured the concentrated liquid into a tiny cup made available. They had some things you could purchase in addition but who wants to pay their prices when there is a convenient store next door.

Easy parking. Check in the front desk gal didn't talk to us other then getting our card for payment. Didn't tell us if there was a complimentary breakfast. Took abit to warm room up.No coffeemaker in room. Had freezing rain one night no ice melt spread or any attempt to keep the walkways from being slick

The room was dirty dirty like it had not been vacumed in month's. No coffee in the room the coffee was in lobby only and it tated like it had been thier all night. Breakfast was only waffle . Staff acted like it was a chore to be thier. It you don't want to be thier then get a different job
