Very low end hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Had to walk 200 feet of 1foot snow to get to room. Rooms are clean on the surface but don’t look behind or under anything. Shower water pressure was very low. Had a coffee maker but there was no outlet to use it except in the bathroom. The good news is your in walking distance of town. So if your skiing all day and having a few drinks at the many cool bars in Elliotcotville and are just sleeping here it’s the best price and acceptable

The guests in the room next to us were so loud all night and I was unable to sleep. Walls are thin and quiet hours are not enforced.

Just a place to stay overnight. Balcony door cannot close completely. Booger on the comforter. coffee machine is moldy. Half a roll of toilet paper. breakfast quality is poor. Not enough parking space. Shower is hot, heater is able to keep warm.

We weren’t able to close the bathroom door because the screws were coming out of the lock. We couldnt lock the deadbolt for safety and peace of mind while we slept. The shower had mold and cracked surround. I did t feel safe to sleep and the cleanliness was extremely poor. I should have asked for a refund. I won’t return and will be sure to tell others about our my experience.

During our 3 night stay, the hot water stopped working on day 2. We had 2 nights when we had no hot water to wash or take a shower. The front desk was informed but nothing done to make up for the inconvenience. The lock on the outside of the building was broken and couldn’t be fixed so the door was left open. We also did not get any fresh towels when we ran out after the 2nd night. It was very affordable and the continental breakfast was nice start to the day. It was in a very convenient location to downtown and the ski resort.

I didn’t check reviews first - big mistake! I assumed because it was Ellicottville it would be a nice stay. I should have read reviews because I came home with bites on me that I assume are the bed bugs others complained about. The breakfast was non existent and the coffee was not good at all. Honestly couldn’t wait to check out. I do not recommend staying here
