Perfect Women's Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. This location was perfect for a weekend retreat and gathering. The home is absolutely gorgeous, spacious for everyone to spread out. Lots of natural light, comfortable beds, and the view its amazing.

Perfect weekend getaway in Ellicottville

We had a wonderful weekend in this house! It is the perfect location, just a couple minutes away from the village and ski resorts. House had all amenities ++. The host, Audrey, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We look forward to another visit.

Amazing Family Vacation Spot

Wide open floor plan as you enter the home. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals and enjoy family time. Beatiful master suite on the main level. 3 bedrooms on the lower level with perfect 4 bunk room for many kids! Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space as well. We used the grill, hottub, and firepit almost every day of our stay. Great amenities. Strongly recommend for a big group or big family!

6825 Horn Hill Gives you Big out West feeling. More than enough space for 12, The views are one of the best in Ellicottville, Well Appointed kitchen and baths. The wood burner keep everyone warm and cozy wile playing games at the table wile also giving you the big mountain lodge feel. Closet to town. TOPPS supermarket is located bottom of the hill for all your needs, If your planning a trip to Ellicottville NY, Holiday Valley. 6825 Horn Hill is the place to stay. PERFECT Girls’ Getaway Weekend!!!!

Do you want to getaway with your girlfriends? This place is perfect. 8 of us Ladies travelled from Pittsburgh for the weekend. The house is BEAUTIFUL, clean and comfortable. The views from the deck were amazing. I slept in the master bedroom which had a really comfortable bed. it’s a sunny, bright house. 1 mile from Ellicottville Main Street and 2 miles to a great morning hike on Holimont Winter Loop. The host was super helpful with instructions. We’ll Deginitely be back!

Perfect family getaway!

This home and views are even more beautiful than the photos! The home and linens were very clean and well cared for. The setup of the home really worked for our group; parents and kids alike. After a day of skiing, it was the perfect place to gather by the wood burner, play games and just be together. It’s a short ride to Holiday Valley and downtown so it was just the perfect place for us! The owner was quick to respond to emails and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous house with an Incredible view - would be back again!

The house itself is gorgeous with an incredible view. It’s perfect for a big family and friends gathering. The location is perfect - 5 mins away from the town and supermarket. We stayed for 5 nights and took a trip to Niagara Falls which is only 1.5 hour away; also went to Letchworth State Park on a different day which is also a little over an hour drive. The owner is so responsive and very thoughtful - there are games and puzzles in the den; and a hot tub in the backyard. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thank you so much!
