The spa-inspired primary bath has a luxurious tub with stone accent wall, custom cabinets with honed marble vanities, upscale fixtures, and an oversized glass shower.
The main level deck has a Weber gas BBQ grill, outside dining with comfortable seating for 8, stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, 55” smart-TV, and lounge seating area outside the primary bedroom.
Navigate the wide, rustic open stairway with hand-forged iron handrail to the lower-level game room, featuring 10-foot ceilings, 1000+ game arcade cocktail table and 9-foot solid maple shuffleboard, luxurious leather sectional seating for the 75” home theater, 10-foot bar with glass tile backsplash, stone countertop, custom cabinets and built-in appliances including microwave and built-in wine cooler with LED lighting and 2-drawer refrigerator, and industrial-rustic custom bar top with hand-forged iron and cowhide stools for conversation and board games.
Expansive 8-foot glass doors throughout the terrace level access the lower deck from each room to enjoy the views! There are two ensuite bedrooms off the game area, also with 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot glass doors opening to the deck.
The second bedroom downstairs features a king-sized bed with luxe hotel bedding, 55” smart-TV, desk with chair, and 8-foot French door opening to the deck with hot-tub and mountain views just outside. The ensuite bath has a beautiful glass and tile shower, honed granite vanity and sink, and custom lighting.
A third bedroom, also off the game room, sleeps four via custom post & beam bunk beds with upscale lighting and comfortable bedding, ottoman seating, unique ceiling fan and 55” smart TV. An oversized bath, connected by a short hallway, features a honed granite top with double sinks, custom lighting, seating area and a beautifully tiled tub/shower.
The lower deck has a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, comfortable conversation seating, 55” smart-TV, 6-person upscale hot-tub with 48 therapeutic jets, Bluetooth speaker system, and color-changing lights, and space for games like corn hole leading out to an inviting, lighted, stone & rock firepit area surrounding a massive iron wok and seating for 8+ people.
When looking for adventure, head down the road for water activities like tubing, white-water rafting, boating, or fishing in the area’s many rivers, lakes, and award-winning trout streams.
