Girls Trip

We had a fantastic time! This house is beautiful and comes with all the amenities of home and then some. It was very clean and well managed. We enjoyed the outdoor patio areas and the hot tub was very relaxing. This house is the perfect getaway and was accessible to all the activities we wanted to do around Ellijay!

Much needed time away

Our stay with VRBO at the cabin was excellent. The cabin was exactly as shown in the pictures—and even better. It was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed. The indoor pool was a fantastic bonus, and the jacuzzi was spotless and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful, comfortable stay, and we would highly recommend it.

The cabin was beautiful and it included everything you needed!! The beds were amazing and the room sizes were perfect for two!! Parking was very adequate for 4 vehicles! Overall we had a blast!!!! The cleaning crew was some of the most helpful and friendly professionals!! Thanks!!

We had a great experience at this spacious and very modern property. There was everything we needed for cooking, swimming and other activities. We had a little trouble finding the lot at first since it was not numbered as the rest of the houses around it but overall we had a great time!

Beautiful property, perfect for families

Stayed here over the new year with three families, kids ranged in age from 1 to 9, and everyone had such an incredible time. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and kitchen was well-appointed. Outdoor space was great for entertaining and indoor pool were so much fun for the kids. Neighborhood was beautiful too if you were up for some hiking! I do wish we had known basics like dish soap, TP etc were not included but grocery stores were an easy 20 minute drive so it was fine!

Starlight Ridge was amazing! Perfect layout for our group of 8. House was spotless when we checked in. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Home is located on private lot. We all enjoyed the large fire pit and hot tub. Hands down the best mountain rental we have stayed in. Can't wait to return!

Response time during stay

Our stay at the property was wonderful. All of the things above that rate the neighborhood, the cleanliness, etc. are on point. We did register request during our stay. I do not think it ever got communicated to the team that actually takes care of logistics. We were without the use of hot tub for two days.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a milestone birthday with 12 of our friends. The layout is perfect for a large group. The kitchen had most everything you need.The furnishings were luxurious. Expect a great night sleep- the mattress and linens were high quality. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and outdoor firepit. David was very responsive to every question we had about the property and surrounding area. We look forward to returning.

Christmas in Ellijay

What a beautiful home! My husband, 3 sons, two daughters in laws and our 3 Grandbabies created so many happy memories, lots of laughter around the firepit making S'mores and telling stories, the indoor pool was fabulous. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked to make meals and the fireplaces were warm and welcoming. They even had 2 Christmas trees decorated for us to enjoy. We have rented many homes over the years for vacations this one was by far the best, absolutely immaculate. We had on minor issue but the team had someone there in 45 minutes to fix it. Great home and fantastic Owners!!

Christmas Get-Away

Overall the stay was interrupted with issues which need to be addressed. The Cabin is not well stocked for items such as toilet paper, serving soups, pots and pans and silver-ware. I think some of these items need replacement and update. No ice bucket for the bar. Wine openers damaged. The stove and oven were dirty and requires attention. Fireplace downstairs did not work properly and the outdoor hot tub was not working. I recommend better instructions for the use of these items. Furniture is somewhat worn and for these reasons I can not rate this as a luxury cabin. On the plus side the cabin is large enough for the amount of people. Plenty of space. It was very comfortable. The manager was quick to response which was great. This review is for informational purposes.

Perfect House

Amazing stay at an amazing house. Three families of four had a wonderful stay. Each couple had their own main bedroom suite and plenty of space for the kids in the other rooms. Beautiful area with so much to see and do, however the beautiful home in a peaceful setting made it hard to want to leave to do anything else!

The house is GORGEOUS!!!

The only issue I had with my stay was the cleanliness of it, the PM goes off of the report from the housekeepers, but it was not accurate when it was provided to me after my complaint. Besides that EVERYTHING else was nice.

It was a wonderful weekend. The house is gorgeous and spacious. I would definitely stay again. There were a couple of issues. In the family room the TV, on the wall, was too close to the fireplace and anytime we tried to use the fireplace the TV would get too hot. We also had a difficult time trying to stabilize the heat. This was my third time staying in Windsong. I love the neighborhood and the homes

For the most part our stay was great. Unfortunately when we arrived the trash compartments were completely full and had a very foul smell. I called to let them know and they assured me someone would pick it up first thing in the morning. Unfortunately it was the next evening. For the most part the house was clean but the lamps over the island could be dusted and the cleaner left behind several purple hairbows around the home. I didn't realize there was a restricition on noise until after the cabin was booked. I would have like to have known that prior but other than that they were responsive and the house was nice.
