「This is a well-designed house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. The backyard pool area is the best!! It's close to Cococnut Grove, Coral Gables, and many other neighborhoods. We went to the beach a lot, but were just as happy staying home and relaxing at the pool. The manager was quick to reply. We travelled with 4 adults and 7 teenagers, and we had plenty of space. Everyone loved it!」

「The host was really helpful, communicative and friendly. We didn’t see any bbq utensils so they had a brand new set delivered within hours , totally by surprise. The space is much bigger than the photos, I was surprised on how nice the unit was. Location is great too. Only thing I’d say is get new pillows haha but seriously no complaints. AC works great, house comes equipped with everything you need for cooking, doesn’t have much seasoning but did have the basics which was great. Would stay here...

「The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...
