「This property worked out great for us. It was very clean and an ideal location. Restaurants and stores are very close and near the turnpike. The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking. Sophia worked out a way to get our third car in the driveway solving our issue. The house came with everything we needed for our four week stay. The...

邁阿密/布里克爾市中心希爾頓歡朋套房酒店

邁阿密/布里克爾市中心希爾頓歡朋套房酒店

8/10 不錯
" ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left our phone number after being told we would receive a call when the room was ready. We returned to the hotel around 2:00 p.m. and waited until 3:00 p.m., but no one contacted us. The check-in line kept getting longer, and only after asking did we find out that we had to line up again from the beginning. As a result, we didn’t receive our room key until around 4:00 p.m. Ironically, guests who arrived at 3:00 p.m. were checked in earlier than we were, even though we had registered at 11:00 a.m. This indicates poor front desk management. A simple number-based system—issuing numbers based on arrival time and calling them starting at 3:00 p.m.—would easily solve this issue. Unfortunately, such a small operational problem greatly worsened the overall check-in experience."
