「Home was lovely. But the management was terrible. No advance contact. Non responsive through the app or to texts. There was no hot water because gas was disconnected. It was reconnected the next day, the gas company said it was shut off due to non payment. But no further response from the manager. She didn’t check on us. Didn’t send checkout information. Very limited amenities. 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. Kitchen supplies were sparse as well. 」

「The walls were dirty, the food out couch and bunks were dirty, and the bunk bed was so wobbly we did not feel safe using it. We arrived after dark and the street was pitch black and no lights were on the house, so it was uncomfortable to approach and make sure we were even at the right address. It lists a washer and dryer- they were in an exterior building and absolutely disgusting. It was extremely overpriced for the quality we encountered. 」
