  • A fully equipped holiday apartment with kitchen, bathroom and balcony awaits you with a breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser and Ellmau, right on the ski slope that leads to the new Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau.
    The apartment is on the 1st Floor of the Berghof apartment complex (approx. 900m asl) and is approx. 700m from the center.

    The Berghof has around 100 residential units that are used as holiday apartments and primary residences. In the entrance area and the hallways, the Berghof still shows the charm of the 70s (please see the pictures, please let me know if you would like more pictures).

    The windows of the apartment were completely renewed in 2016.

    Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, toilet paper, tabs for the dishwasher must be brought along.
    Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee of € 10 / person / week.

    The final cleaning is included in the rental price.

    The tourist tax is not included in the price.

    The price includes a € 90 deposit, which will be deducted from the visitor's tax after the stay and refunded,

Der Aufenthalt war schön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Uns hat bei der Ankunft ein Kissen gefehlt, aber der Gastgeber war sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem behoben. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Alles super gewesen!

Ich war mit meinem Partner zum Skifahren dort. Wir hatten eine perfekte Lage und konnten somit am Morgen direkt auf die Piste. Die Ferienwohnung war super gemütlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein Bonus war natürlich noch der schöne Ausblick auf den Wilden Kaiser! :))

Appartement für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, mit 2 Kindern wäre es sicher etwas beengt. Alles sehr sauber und auch alles, was man so braucht, vorhanden. Wunderschöner Blick auf den wilden Kaiser. Wir kommen sicherlich im Sommer noch einmal hierher.

Die Ferienunterkunft verfügt über alles, was man für einen Skiaufenthalt benötigt. Liegt direkt an einer Piste (rote Piste), über die man von der Unterkunft direkt zur Hartkaiserbahn kommt und über die „Hausbergbahn“ direkt wieder zur Unterkunft aussteigen kann. Für Anfänger ist die Fahrt ins nahe gelegende Scheffau zu empfehlen (Parkplätze sind dort kostenlos)

Super Wohnung für ein Wochenende

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, er hat uns alle Infos gegeben und alles super erklärt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber es ist alles da was man braucht und für einen Kurztrip einfach super. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Piste und wenn im Winter genug Schnee liegt kann man einfach direkt zur Gondel fahren, wie perfekt. Alles in allem ein super Wochenende in der Unterkunft :)

Schöne Wohnung - tolle Lage - netter Vermieter

Die Lage ist nicht zu schlagen und in Ellmau einzigartig: Toller Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser und die Skipiste bis vor die Haustür (bei besseren Schnee als dieses Jahr kann man vielleicht sogar bis vor die Tür des Skikellers fahren ...). Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber super ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Exactly what we needed cheap clean accommodation for two friends going skiing for a week. The building itself is under renovation but had no impact on our stay. The apartment is a good 15 minutes uphill from the main bars and restaurants in Ellmau but a ski bus runs every 15 minutes and there are plenty of taxis to drop you home if you’ve had too much Après ski We’re going back next year 🤞

Ellmau visit

The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!

Das meiste war super, ausgezeichnete Lage - mega Ausblick vom Balkon. Schöne Lage abseits vom Zentrum, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis Hartkaiser Seilbahn. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Leider ging das W LAN überhaupt nicht. Zudem wäre ein Kleiderschrank hilfreich, es gibt zwar einen Schrank mit Fächern und ein mit Flyern vollgestopftes Regal. Für 4 Personen m.E. Nicht geeignet, da es sehr wenig Stauraum gibt, ich habe jetzt die beiden Stockbetten als Ablage benutzt. Trotzdem würde ich wieder kommen.

Lage war echt Top*****Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Ellmau und Umgebung. Eine traumhafte Gegend,kommen gerne wieder. Die Betten der Kinder waren gut nur das "Bett"Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem(durchgelegen).Bei 8 Nächten nicht gerade erholsam.Sehr schade. Die Hausbetreuung war nicht erreichbar. Hatten mehrmals versucht per Handy und Festnetz Sie zu kontaktieren (auch kein Rückruf).

Die Unterkunft konnte auch kürzer als eine Woche gebucht werden, was in dieser Region scheinbar kaum möglich ist. Alles war sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Wilden Kaiser war, wie versprochen hervorragend. Einziges Problem war die Aufteilung der Wohnung. In der Beschreibung war nicht ersichtlich, dass das Schlafzimmer für Kinder mit dem Doppelstockbett kein Zimmer sonder der enge Durchgang hinter der Eingangstür war. Ich fände es gut, wenn der Präsentation der Fewo ein Grundriss hinzugefügt werden würde, generell.
