  • Sea Glass Way is close to everything yet off the beaten path, affording both privacy and convenience. Perfect for two people, this spotless, newly renovated and well-appointed apartment will provide a relaxing retreat to enjoy your vacation. Nestled by the shore of Union Bay, this second-floor apartment (stairway access) is quiet and private, yet close to everything you may want to enjoy--shopping, antiquing, great restaurants/bars, hiking, biking, kayaking, sight-seeing, beaches, whale watching, golfing, Schoodic Peninsula, Lamoine State Park Beach to name a few!! Sea Glass Way has a living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 full bath with washer/dryer. Ample, well-lit area for parking, front deck with bar table and chairs, outdoor picnic area with gas grill. Kitchen has all cooking utensils needed including Keurig, Mr. Coffee. Secure keyless entrance door lock. There are two sets of stairs (one inside and one outside) to access the apartment. The views of Union Bay, from the deck, are spectacular!

Sea Glass Place was a very clean and comfortable rental with all the amenities for a vacation on the coast. The location provided beautiful and serene views of the bay in a quiet neighborhood great for walking or relaxing outside on the deck. It was a 25 minute drive to Bar Harbor and an hour to Bangor or Portland. I highly recommend for your next couples getaway.

Beautiful and Quiet Get a Way

Acadia visit

This place was a perfect home base for our visit to Acadia. Apartment was clean, fully stocked to accommodate all our cooking and has storage to keep our bikes inside. Very quiet and peaceful.

Great private getaway

Locate was great, wonderful view of the water while we had wine on the patio, wild turkeys greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, amenities were nice to have, especially (coffee!! And breakfast bars) Everything we needed was provided and kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary! Bed was SO comfortable! Thanks for the great place to stay while we were visiting the area!! We’d stay again if we come back to the area!

Perfect location for access to Acadia and surrounding areas. Peaceful property- we saw several deer and some turkeys. Beautiful sunsets. Apartment had everything we needed and Karen was very responsive. We had a lovely time.

Acadia Getaway

Wonderful place to stay. Has everything you need and the location is center to a lot of attractions. Short 25-30 min to Acadia and 40-45 from Bangor. Plenty to see and do. Karen and Tom were wonderful hosts, had full privacy but very quick to respond if we needed anything. Probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed as well. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
