I like that everything was close by the hotel like the bus to newyork and American dream mall was literally right there . I didn’t like that house keeping didn’t clean my room the whole time I was there . I like that they serve breakfast in the morning but I don’t like that they serve the same thing everyday. Overall I would stay there again

The room was clean when we arrived, The maids were not the best, we had to request more towels and they were great about bringing them. But we asked if they could remove the others and dirty dishes- they never did. Nor did they remove dirty cups nor did they replenish coffee. We only stayed a few nights, when we requested they didn't respond.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised having read some of the negative reviews online. I was on the 17th floor and my room and bathroom were both a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable and cleanliness was fine. The aircon was perfect and staff and bar were great. Only downside was there was a bitbof outside noise but, hey, you're in the city that never sleeps so what do you expect. I'd definitely stay here again.
