「We had a wonderful stay! The condo truly felt like a home to us. The views were gorgeous and the ease of accessing the lake by boat was a breeze! We will book again!」

「Always a great experience staying at any of Nick’s properties at the lake!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very neat and clean and included everything we needed. It is very roomy and it was great to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate our party of three couples. We loved sitting out on the balcony relaxing, talking and enjoying great views of the lake. We really didn't have to contact our host at all during our stay as everything was as stated in the information given in the listing and the check-in instructions provided by the host....

「We have truly enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful and fit my family perfect. The pool was amazing. A wonderful 4th of July vacation on the lake.」

「Great location and convenient boat dock right outside the room. Good local dining and friendly neighbors. A great place to stay.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront property. The condo was a nice size & had everything we needed. We especially appreciated observing gorgeous sunsets & towering thunderstorms from both balconies. It was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning worked like a dream. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean & inviting. The entire area is so lovely & green! There are many restaurants & local grocery stores nearby. Be sure to try Oskar's Cafe, which is probably only a...

「Great location for what I needed.」

「Great place all was just what we was looking for .」

「Super cute townhouse! Would definitely stay again. 」

「Excellent location on the water! We enjoyed sunsets on the porch and the ease of access to the docks for boating.」

「I liked this property and the owners were very communicative and helpful. I appreciated the nice touches and it was easy to access. Pool access was great although Alabama is hot so we didn’t get to use it as much. Be aware it has two staircases to get up from the parking level and one from the back ground level so if you have accessibility issues with stairs this is not the right choice but otherwise it is superb. Perfect for what we needed and we are grateful to the hosts.」

「This condo is absolutely PERFECT. It was clean, very cute, and felt like a home. It was EXACTLY what we'd hoped. 」

「Perfect spot for a gameday weekend!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Martin villa! The balcony had a nice lake view and the peaceful, quaint community made for a great weekend get away. It's an awesome place for walks, and has excellent hiking trails nearby. The villa itself was absolutely spotless and super clean, which we appreciated immensely. As a delightful bonus, the host went above and beyond by leaving us a thoughtful basket of goodies that made us feel welcome right away. If you are looking for a relaxing and...
