Overall the stay was good, check in was easy, but the apartment just seemed a little dirtier than expected (mostly due to the carpets - there was a big yellow stain near the futon for example). The neighbors were smoking weed and the smell leaked into the apartment. This is not the fault of the host though as he can't control the neighbors, but still worth noting. Opening the windows solved the issue the next day, but it was jarring upon first...

「Location was very convenient but the place was a bit worn. Second "bed" was poor. Bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable. AC was great in the bedroom, ineffective elsewhere. 」

「The apartment was a nice size for two people- any more than that and I would have felt cramped. The fridge/freezer was not sized for leftovers or much more than some drinks and basics. The provided pans, glasses, and flatware were clean and easy to locate. We did notice that a door that looked like it went to a different unit had a lock on it that was broken off and the group staying above us seemed to not be aware/care that there were people below them. 「Great location in the heart of downtown Greensboro! Great restaurants, shopping, deserts is all just steps away and that's what we enjoyed most. The master suite in the back with it's own seperate sitting area as well as both a tub and turbo shower was amazing! Especially enjoyed sitting on the roof top porch one evening as well and the "pack & go" policy on checkout day was very a very nice suprise! Maddie was a great communicator as well when we had a small issue with the T.V.」
