「Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a noticeable odour and exceptionally high humidity. The towels felt only half-dried, and the room was stuffy and filled with damp, humid air, making it quite uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as this affected what was otherwise our first trip to Elora. We hope the issue can be addressed for future guests.」

「Beds were updated and clean. Bathroom was extremely dated and not well maintained. Bath tub had hair in it. Not a clean area. There was a very rusty folded luggage rack in the bathroom and we were able to get one channel in clear on the tv. We only stayed one night so it served the purpose. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just not a place I’d stay again.」
