The Old Charm has its limits. Inn needs a major face lift. Pictures do not reflect reality . From Cold Expresso Coffee to below average breakfast it is not worth the price . Total disappointment

This B&B is very cute and chic. I stayed in the master suite. It was a very comfortable room with an interesting history. However, the bed made a loud creaking sound even if I moved my arm around and I was unable to sleep because of it. The issue was addressed by the staff and I was shifted to the harriet suite. This room was definitely more comfortable but the hot tub did not have hot water. Overall, a good experience and I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Very unhappy with the room. The air is extremely warm. We were told there was central A/C. If that is the case, it does not work effectively. Additionally, there is no refrigerator in the room so you can’t have a cold drink to cool down. It is Impossible to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel for summer stays.

Reading about the history of the Breadalbane was very neat. Staff was wonderful to deal with and let us check in early. Breakfast was very good. Building and rooms were quaint.

The historic building is renovated and lovely. The Sinclair, our room is in a second building and parking outside. Wonderful location walking distance from downtown Fergus and Elmira an easy ten minute drive.

This Inn was packed full of old world charm. They offer period inspired decor with modern amenities. The room came with a delicious breakfast served in a sunny solarium. You also had the option to eat on the patio surrounded by gardens. Their staff provide the best engaging customer service. Wonderful experience.
